Terms of Sale

Last updated: 15 August 2026. By pre-ordering a TRANSXPERIENCE edition, proposing a sponsorship, or purchasing a shop item, you agree to the terms below.

Pre-orders

Editions listed under PRE-SALE are produced to order during the pre-sale window (through 10.09.2026). Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable; shipping is calculated separately at checkout. Placing a pre-order reserves your copy — it does not ship immediately. See Shipping for dates.

Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers. Charges appear as TRANSXPERIENCE or the Stripe merchant descriptor shown at checkout.

Cancellations & changes

You may request a change or cancellation of your pre-order by emailing project@transxperience.com before the item ships. Once an order has shipped, standard return terms apply for defective or damaged items only, as this is a limited, made-to-order run.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship tiers are partnership agreements, not product purchases. Specific deliverables (credit placement, event presence, tour visibility) are confirmed by email after your proposal is submitted.

Intellectual property

All text, imagery, and design on this site and in TRANSXPERIENCE editions are the property of the project's authors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

TRANSXPERIENCE is an independent, small-scale creative production. We make every reasonable effort to meet the dates published on this site, but as a limited/made-to-order run, dates may shift. We'll always email you if a date changes.
