Who we are

TRANSXPERIENCE is an independent creative project based in Berlin. For anything data-related, contact project@transxperience.com.

What we collect

• Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
• Pre-order / reservation: name, email, shipping address, and country — only what's needed to fulfill and ship your order.
• Payment: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Comments / feedback forms: your message, and name or email if you choose to give them. Used only to read and reply to what you sent.

Why we collect it

Solely to process your order or subscription, ship physical items, and send project updates you've opted into. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties, and we don't run advertising trackers on this site.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the site work: Stripe (payment processing) and our shipping/fulfillment partners (delivery address only). Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as legally required for accounting purposes. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to project@transxperience.com. Unsubscribe links are included in every newsletter email.

Cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. No tracking scripts run on transxperience.com.
